I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED A PART OF MY ORDER. WHERE ARE MY OTHER ITEMS?

Since we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately.

 
You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...they are on their way.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH UPON DELIVERY?

Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions, and other options available on the store.

 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ACCURATELY?

2. Enter Your Tracking Code, provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email; or your order number and the email address used to place the order.

3. Click the “Track” Button.

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER YET.

Processing time is 1-4 days. During this time we collect, quality check, pack & print shipping labels for your order.  The processing time may vary slightly according to circumstances like demands, seasons and logistics conditions. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the processing is done.

 

I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER BUT IT SHOWS NO INFORMATION?

 Things to Keep in Mind:

Order Numbers don’t instantly update with delivery status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently invalid / unavailable / no update yet / no shipping information available / unknown; do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should update within a few business days.

  

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER LIKE UPDATE THE ADDRESS OR CHANGE SIZE?

 

We are able to make changes to your order with no penalty BUT you must request this within 12 hours after creating it for the changes to be applied.

All you need to do is contact us via the chat box in the lower right corner on our website or send us an email on support@alphaweebs.com.

If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we will try our best to make the updates but we cannot guarantee that they will be applied as the package will be most likely departed. In such case we (alphaweebs.com) won't be responsible for the supposed wrong order / wrong address / or anything along these lines.

 

I RECEIVED WRONG SIZES FOR MY CLOTHES

Sometimes, the tags on the apparel are according to non-western sizing, which is one to two sizes smaller than Western sizing. Hence we send one or two sizes bigger, so that it will match with the size you ordered. We would suggest trying the items before judging the fit from the tags. Please let us know if you have more questions.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are able to cancel your order with no penalty BUT you must cancel your order 2 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied.

All you need to do is click the chat box on the lower right corner of our store send us an email / message on support@alphaweebs.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #_ _".

If 6 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide any cancellation.
